The issue of Ukraine’s cooperation with Azerbaijan in the IT sector may be discussed during the future visit of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal to Baku, a source in diplomatic circles told Ukrinform.
“An agreement has been reached. It is on the roadmap. It is real. We are agreeing on the dates [of the visit]. I think that Shmyhal’s visit is not far off,” the interlocutor told Ukrinform.
In particular, Azerbaijan is interested in cooperation with Ukraine in the IT sector.
“You have such technologies. They are very developed. This is the niche that you could occupy and get pretty good profit… This will probably be within the framework of the visit,” the source said.
As Ukrinform reported, during the visit of Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov to Azerbaijan in April, the countries exchanged experience in solving the problems of migrants.
