The next, 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) will be hosted by Azerbaijan in 2024.
“COP28 President, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber said at the COP28 plenary session on Monday that the next COP conference will be hosted by Azerbaijan,” Azerbaijani media reported.
Over 97,000 representatives from almost 200 countries are taking part in the COP28 conference.
