A person spying on the drones that Turkey has sold to Ukraine has been arrested.
It is reported that the commander of a Ukrainian drone base sold technological information to the Russians.
The National Intelligence Service of Ukraine has found out that Colonel Ilya Oleynik, the commander of the 10th maritime aviation brigade of the Ukrainian navy, where the Bayraktar TB-2 drones are kept, collected intelligence for the Russians.
The Ukrainian Counter-Intelligence Department has detained Oleynik.
It has been announced that Oleynik, who spied for the Russians, kept in touch with the Russian military and people in Crimea.
Under Ukrainian law, if the colonel is found guilty of espionage, he will be executed.
